Orders placed on weekends will be shipped the next business day.
A tracking number will be emailed to you when your package is ready to ship.
Your package can only be tracked after it has been scanned by the carrier.

Note: If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay (severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc.), please add at least 2 to 3 business days to the estimated delivery date of your order. In some cases, choosing a higher quantity for an item may make it ineligible for immediate shipping, because multiple units may not be available locally or at the same location. In this case, the option to choose One-Day Delivery may not appear.
Each order completed online at full price can be returned for size exchange or refund within 10 days from the date of delivery to the customer.
Customized shoes, made to order shoes and sale/discounted products are final sale and no returns or exchanges are admitted.
To initiate a product return within the 10 day return period, send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:

* Reason for each product to be returned
* Refund or exchange
* Requested size (for exchanges)
